Association veteran Scott Steen retires as CEO of APS

Scott Steen is used to being the new guy.Bound for a new home in Tuscany this spring, the retired CEO of the American Physiological Society (APS) is currently learning Italian.“I’ve been taking lessons for a year,” Steen told CEO Update before retiring at the end of 2025. “I have a long way to go.
